We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. You are responsible for the postage, we do not provide return labels.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that your name is legible on the package.
Order processing time is between 2-3 business days. This does not include the weekends or holidays. Please note we are not able to cancel orders once they are placed as we are not able to guarantee a recall on them. Always double check your information is correct before placing order. However, there has been a delay in delivery which can cause orders to be delayed by an additional two weeks depending on where you live.
