• Q: Why haven't I received a confirmation e-mail or shipping update? 
  • A: You should receive a confirmation e-mail if you entered your e-mail address when placing your order. Shipping updates have been delayed due to the postal service being backed up. Don't panic. E-mail us and we will do our best to help you out.
  • Q: Why is my tracking number still showing "pre-shipment status"?
  • A: This is a common occurrence if the postal service does not scan the package right away, or if there is a delay. This does not necessarily mean there is something wrong with your order. It can take about 72 hours for any system updates to be reflected online. 
  • Q: Shipping time concerns.
  • A: Processing time is 2-3 business days (not including weekends) and delivery can be between 7-15 days depending on where you live. However, given the worldwide delays it is not uncommon for some orders to go 20 days especially if a customs clearance is needed. If at any time you have concerns, or if time has gone on longer than 20 days- please contact us and we will look into the situation for you. 
  • Q: Are your products sustainable and eco-friendly?
  • A: At this time we are not able to say that all of our products are. We do feature several that are, and we hope to make a full transition to eco-friendly products in the future.
  • Q: Where are you located?
  • A: We are an online store based in NJ however, we are happy to say that we have products in warehouses all over the globe.
